Empty-the-fridge dinner tonight. The very last of our veggies and grains! Quinoa/amaranth salad with raw veggies, roasted zuchinni and eggplant topped with fresh homemade cashew cheez & hemp seeds πŸŒΏπŸ‘Œ

A whole lot of delicious homegrown limes from my Aunty calls for delicious raw vegan dessert creations πŸŒΏπŸ‘Œ

So I have 5 days off in a row…. I am still in disbelief. I started the morning off with some yummy fresh golden hazelnut granola and I will be spending the rest of this long weekend having fun in the kitchen and working on the final touches of the mag. Happy days!!! πŸ‘ŒπŸŒΏ

Today we received a beautiful package of vegan friendly skin care products from Kosmea Australia. Their products are free from harsh nasties, not tested on animals and vegan (other than their rescue balm which contains beeswax). We will be testing these products out and writing up a review in the coming weeks! I’ve heard good things about both the certified organic rosehip oil and the hydrating rosewater mist. 🌿🌸

Enjoying my lunch of salad with almond yoghurt dressing, grilled tempeh, @peaceloveandvegetables superkraut, fresh @kindabacon and chia seeds whilst reading a beautiful article about @mrs_mcaleer ‘s family in Frankie. There is a lovely interview about @mrs_mcaleer and her lovely vegan family in @thelushscoop which comes out very soon too so keep your eyes peeled. πŸŒΏπŸ’•

A couple of favorites from the colourful produce I brought home from the markets this morning. Heirloom tomatoes, giant organic zuchinni, dinosaur kale and eggplant.

Amongst a day filled with Uni work I finally caught up with @tillyclifford for lunch. Veggie stack with hash browns and olive tapenade at Petty Cash πŸ‘ŒπŸŒΏ

Baby spinach, quinoa, roasted zuchinni & eggplant slices, @kindabacon pieces, hemp seeds, and the new @peaceloveandvegetables superkraut - green!! So yummy.
